How to Make Sabudana Vada
Ingredients for Sabudana Vada:
- 250 gm sabudana soaked in water for 5hrs
- 4-5 pieces of boiled potatoes
- 1 cup crushed and roasted peanuts
- 4-5 pieces of chopped green chilies
- 1 medium piece of grated ginger
- 1 lemon’s juice
- 1 teaspoon Aniseed (Variyali)
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
- 2 teaspoon sugar -salt to taste
- 1/2 cup coriander
Method to Make Sabudana Vada:
- Take sabudana
- Add potatoes after grating them
- Add peanuts
- Add green chilies
- Add ginger
- Lemon juice
- Add aniseed
- Add black pepper powder
- Add sugar
- Add salt to taste
- Add coriander
- Mix well
- Roll balls out of the sabudana mixture
- Use appam or any pan you have
- Apply little oil
- Cook vada from all sides until light brown
