Mawa Dryfruit Matho or Shrikhand is Indian Sweet or Dessert made using Hung Curd mixed with Sugar and Dry Fruits. Hung Curd is made by removing excess water from Curd by placing it over strainer so Curd Water is drained. It is a popular sweet made during summers. Shrikhand mixed with dry fruits or fresh fruits is usually called Matho in Gujarat and is often served at weddings and special occasions. Enjoy this delicious sweet dish with your favourite dish or just as it is! It tastes so delicious.
How to make Mawa Dry fruit matho :
Ingredients:
- 1.5L Dahi’s Masko
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 50gm mawa
- 1 teaspoon elaichi powder
- 1/4 Cup chopped cashews, almonds and pista
Method to Make Mawa Dry Fruit Matho:
First let’s see how to make masko
- Take Curd and let it rest overnight to remove access water Take Masko and whisk
- Add Powdered Sugar and Mawa and whisk
- Add elaichi powder and whisk
- Add half dry fruits and whisk
- Garnish it with remaining dry fruits
