How to Make Paneer Chilli
Ingredients of Paneer Chilli
- ½ Cup All purpose flour
- ½ Cup Corn flour
- chilli sauce
- soya sauce
- 1 cup ginger garlic chilli paste
- Salt to taste
- ¾Cup Water
- 1 cup green garlic
- 1 cup green onion
- 300gm Paneer
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 cup diced capsicum
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1 finely chopped capsicum
- Oil
- 2 tablespoon schezwan chutney
- 2 teaspoon vinegar
Method of Making Paneer Chilli
- Take All purpose flour
- Add Corn flour
- Add 1 teaspoon chilli sauce
- Add 1 teaspoon soya sauce
- Add 1 teaspoon ginger garlic chilli paste
- Add salt to taste
- Add water
- Mix until proper batter is formed
- Add 1 teaspoon green garlic
- Mix well
- Dip paneer in batter and deep fry it until light brown
- Repeat the same process for diced capsicum and Onion
- Take 2 tablespoon Oil on High flame
- Add Ginger garlic chilli paste
- Sauté
- Add Chopped Onion
- Cook for 2min
- Add Chopped Capsicum
- Cook for 1 min
- Add half cup green garlic
- Add half cup green onion
- Mix well
- Add 2 Teaspoon soya sauce
- Add 2 teaspoon green chilli sauce
- Add salt to taste
- Add schezwan chutney
- Mix well
- Add vinegar
- Add paneer, capsicum and onion
- Mix well
- Add green onion
- Add green garlic
- Mix well
- Garnish it with green onion and green garlic
